Community manager

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to player complaints, feedback, suggestions, and in-game reports.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to grow our online presence.
  • Monitor and moderate community channels, including Discord, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Track community sentiment and provide regular feedback to the development team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen player engagement and community growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with video editing and photo editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and Discord.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the M365 suite of productivity tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills and an understanding of online community dynamics.

Bonus

  • Experience managing communities for online games or creative projects.
  • Familiarity with Unity, game development workflows, or player support tools.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field.
  • Passionate about games, community building, and digital media.
