Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to player complaints, feedback, suggestions, and in-game reports.
- Monitor and moderate community channels, including Discord, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
- Track community sentiment and provide regular feedback to the development team.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen player engagement and community growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the M365 suite of productivity tools.
- Excellent written communication skills and an understanding of online community dynamics.
- Good understanding of social media platforms.

- Experience managing communities for online games or creative projects.
- Familiarity with Unity, game development workflows, or player support tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Game Design, or a related field.
